This was my first photo album.

 

Each and every photo taken within the Wednesday Boys album is candid and taken under the influence. I set out to capture photos from an alternate perspective and found myself focused on the culture of suburban drinking. This came about after shooting the usual drinking scene in a basement. I planned on calling the album 'Saturday Boys' after the online movement, but a friend joked we were more akin to "Wednesday Boys" being that the day was Wednesday. It was then I realized what I wished to capture. Cheap liquor passing hands, calling off work, little sense of limit, planning by online chat groups, a designated empty space, Alcohol wherever we could pull it from, close friends in the group.
